Job description

**Summary:**
Enterprise Engineering is seeking a Manager of Technical Program Management.

As a key member of the team, you will drive strategic initiatives for Enterprise Engineering in close partnership with engineering, product, and other cross-functional teams.The team's roadmap includes strategic initiatives such as Security, Privacy, and Compliance, which demand cross-functional collaboration across the organization.

Additionally, you will have opportunities to work with partners across Meta to understand their problems and devise solutions to address customer needs.As a leader, you will guide your team in identifying technical problem statements, creating technical roadmaps, scoping programs to deliver technical outcomes aligned with business priorities, and driving them to completion by aligning and leading large cross-functional teams.Enterprise Engineering provides the tools and services necessary for Meta employees to perform their jobs effectively.

Manager, Technical Program Management - Enterprise Engineering Responsibilities:

Manage, mentor, and grow the existing technical program management teams while fostering a healthy and productive team dynamic
2.

Forge partnerships with technical and business leaders across the organization and across the company, ensuring that team resource investments align with company priorities
3.

Structure and optimize the organization for effective execution, including attracting talent and swiftly filling gaps in the existing team to facilitate growth
4.

Build and lead an organization centered on customer focus and effective communication, emphasizing decisive, fast-moving solutions, quick and constructive conflict resolution, and a 'no barriers' mindset
5.

Mentor other team members.

Play a significant role in healthy cross-functional collaboration
**Minimum Qualifications:**

B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience

7+ years of software engineering, systems engineering or technical product/program management experience
8.

5+ years of people management experience leading teams to deliver complex technical programs from inception to delivery
9.

Experience in organizational navigation and establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and partners in different time zones across the company
10.

Experience in analytical thinking and problem-solving with large-scale systems, proven track record in delivering technology programs or products from inception to delivery, understanding user needs, gathering requirements, and defining scope
11.

Experience operating independently across multiple teams, demonstrating critical thinking and thought leadership
12.

Experience communicating and collaborating with technical management teams to develop systems, solutions, and products

3+ years of experience in deploying and operating enterprise security tooling

Experience managing compliance requirements across wide-ranging engineering teams

$167,000/year to $230,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
