In this critical role, you will build and maintain an enterprise class integration across our Financial, Human Resources, and Payroll systems.
Collaborating with functional and technical teams, you'll troubleshoot, test, and optimize existing and new inbound and outbound integrations to ensure seamless operations.
Your expertise will help maintain the quality and consistency of our HR and financial data, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
The day to day:
Lead the research, design, development, testing, and delivery of new Workday and third-party systems integrations.
Monitoring and troubleshooting all system integrations, detecting and resolving technical issues.
Supporting semi-annual regression testing and collaboration with various teams to enhance integration architecture.
Creating and preparing technical design specs and user documentation to ensure quality and consistency in integration processes.
Partnering cross-functionally with Technology, Finance, and HR to develop and implement integration enhancements.
What you’ll bring to the role:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
7+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment, with at least 5 years supporting Workday integrations.
Expertise in Workday Studio development, XML transformations, XSLT, BIRT, Core Connectors, Document Transformation, Workday Extend, and more.
Analytical thinker with a proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues and think outside the box.
Self-starter with excellent communication skills, capable of thriving in both independent and collaborative settings.
