<p>Looking for a managing partner who will be responsible for the oversight of gym operations and leading a team at Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe. </p>
<p>Undefeated Tribe is an official franchise of Crunch Fitness based in Austin, TX.
The Undefeated Tribe is the fastest growing franchise group and is expanding the Crunch Fitness brand across Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico and Missouri.
The Undefeated Tribe was named Franchise of the Year in 2021 and 2024 and will be inviting over 1000 individuals to join our team to help our community experience fitness, wellness, relaxation, and recovery.</p>

<h4><strong>Position Overview </strong></h4>
<p>The managing partner (also referred to as the general manager), is responsible for the oversight of gym operations to ensure an exceptional member experience as well as manage a financially successful club in a non-judgmental environment.
The managing partner will be accountable for leading a team of employees in a positive, motivating manner with continuous assistance in employee training and development.</p>
<h4><strong>Responsibilities </strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Build strong teams by networking, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring managers and team members</li>
<li>Direct management of team, including setting weekly management schedules and assigning areas of responsibility to managers</li>
<li>Oversee and maintain training standards and coach and develop team members to drive sales performance</li>
<li>Consistent development and coaching of team members and manager, including training in employment policies and practices</li>
<li>Conduct staff meetings and set staff goals</li>
<li>Growing the business to profitability and energizing the team around daily, weekly, and monthly objectives</li>
<li>Ensuring member resolutions are done timely as member retention is key. </li>
<li>Monitoring scoreboard performance of the staff to meet or exceed expected KPI standards</li>
<li>Maintain a crisp, clean facility with equipment operating 100% of the time</li>
<li>Manager employee payroll and scheduling ensuring the club is adequately staffed at all time</li>
<li>Command of all offerings, amenities, and equipment utilization</li>
<li>Ensure and monitor compliance and accuracy with all policies, procedures, and standards</li>
<li>Monitor inventory in the club and ensure timely restocking</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>Required Skills & Experience</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Minimum 2 years of fitness facility or service-oriented management experience required</li>
<li>Experience with supervising a team of at least 15 employees required</li>
<li>Experience with business operations such as finance, administration, and labor management required</li>
<li>CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)</li>
<li>Ability to take assertive action to accomplish objectives, innovate and solve problems</li>
<li>Knowledge of key metrics and drivers to grow business </li>
<li>Proficient with Microsoft Suite or similar software</li>
<li><strong>Ability to invest financially in opportunity </strong></li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></h4>
<p>This is a physical role requiring the employee to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and may require standing or bending for prolonged work hours </p>
<h4><strong>Education Requirements</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or GED required </li>
<li>Bachelor degree in business management or related field preferred </li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>Compensation (Salary)</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>$60,000 base salary</li>
<li>$75,000 (guaranteed) - $150,000 potential total compensation</li>
<li>Monthly and quarterly bonus opportunities </li>
</ul>
