<p>Looking for a managing partner in training who will be responsible for growing a profitable business and eventually managing gym operations at Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Undefeated Tribe is an official franchise of Crunch Fitness based in Austin, TX.

The Undefeated Tribe is the fastest growing franchise group and is expanding the Crunch Fitness brand across Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico and Missouri.

The Undefeated Tribe was named Franchise of the Year in 2021 and 2024 and will be inviting over 1000 individuals to join our team to help our community experience fitness, wellness, relaxation, and recovery.</p>

<h4><strong>Position Overview&nbsp;</strong></h4>
<p>The managing partner in training is an individual who has the experience and skillset to rapidly acclimate into the Crunch culture while demonstrating a performance management mentality.

<h4><strong>Responsibilities&nbsp;</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Grow the business to profitability and energize the team around daily, weekly, and monthly objectives</li>
<li>Ensure member resolutions are done timely and focus on member retention&nbsp;</li>
<li>Monitor and scoreboard performance of the staff to meet or exceed expected KPI standards</li>
<li>Ability to&nbsp;recruit, hire and onboard amazing talent</li>
<li>Coach&nbsp;and develop team members to drive sales performance</li>
<li>Member&nbsp;focused in delivering exceptional customer service</li>
<li>Maintain a crisp, clean facility with equipment operating 100% of the time</li>
<li>Monitor employee payroll and scheduling ensuring the club is adequately staffed at all time</li>
<li>Has a command of all offerings, amenities, and equipment utilization</li>
<li>Ensure and monitor compliance and accuracy with all policies, procedures, and standards</li>
<li>Monitor inventory in the club and ensure timely restocking</li>
<li>Assist with conducting staff meetings and set staff goals&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>Required Skills &amp; Experience</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Minimum 2 years of fitness facility or service-oriented management experience required</li>
<li>Experience with supervising a team of at least 15 employees preferred</li>
<li>Experience with business operations such as finance, administration, and labor management required</li>
<li>CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)</li>
<li>Ability to take assertive action to accomplish objectives, innovate and solve problems</li>
<li>Knowledge of key metrics and drivers to grow business&nbsp;</li>
<li>Proficient with Microsoft Suite or similar software</li>
<li>Ability to invest financially in opportunity&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>Physical Requirements&nbsp;</strong></h4>
<p>This is a physical role requiring the employee to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and may require standing or bending for prolonged work hours</p>
<h4><strong>Education Requirements&nbsp;</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or GED required&nbsp;</li>
<li>Bachelor degree in business management or related field preferred&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>Compensation (Salary)</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>$45,000 - 50,000 (depending on experience)</li>
<li>$60,000 potential total annual compensation&nbsp;</li>
<li>Monthly and quarterly bonus opportunities</li>
</ul>
