The Mallett Region of Modern Woodmen is actively looking for a Managing Partner for each of our markets, to spearhead the continued development and leadership of a team of financial representatives.

If you possess a Series 26 (or 24) License (if not, a minimum qualification is evidence of your completed SIE certification) and harbor a strong desire to lead and foster a team, then this opportunity could be an excellent match worth exploring!

    Enjoys playing golf, hunting, fishing, and playing the guitar.

  • About: Serves as President of the NAFIC (National Association of Fraternal Insurance Counselors) and as a board member of Soul Care with his wife, a ministry out of Liberty, Missouri, that supports pastors and church leaders and their families.

Valerie Welker, Financial Representative

Qualifications:

  • Ability and Desire to recruit, train and develop new financial representatives.


  • Someone who is Team Spirited, Enthusiastic and possesses a great Attitude when facing challenges

  • Experience as a former athlete (basketball, baseball, football, soccer, track, running, hockey, diving, rugby, lacrosse, swimming, try-athletics, golf, tennis, pickleball, coach, athletic trainer, fitness trainer,  etc.) is a bonus.

  • Genuine and authentic, with a willingness and drive to do what it takes to contribute and achieve the goal at hand.


Required Active Financial Licenses:
