We’re seeking a Marketing Data Analyst who is passionate about data, storytelling, and operational excellence.

This is a pivotal role responsible for marketing analytics and reporting across all channels and programs.

You will be the go-to expert on marketing performance data—helping us understand what’s working, what’s not, and where to invest to maximize return on investment.

You’ll work multi-functionally with partners in Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Systems, and be trusted to turn complex data into clear insights that fuel decision-making and pipeline acceleration.
Role and Responsibilities

+ Own the end-to-end development of marketing dashboards and reporting across campaigns, programs, channels, funnel stages, and pipeline creation

+ Build and maintain SQL-based datasets and reports from Salesforce, HubSpot, and Google Analytics

+ Analyze marketing performance metrics (e.g., lead generation, conversion rates, channel attribution, ROMI) and deliver actionable insights

+ Partner with Revenue Operations and Marketing stakeholders to support pipeline planning, forecasting, and coverage analysis

+ Identify data gaps and opportunities to improve reporting processes, data integrity, and automation

+ Drive a culture of measurement and optimization within the marketing org

Qualifications

+ 2–4 years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or marketing operations, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment

+ Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI, QuickSight, or similar)

+ Deep understanding of marketing funnels, pipeline development, and performance metrics

+ Experience working with Salesforce CRM; familiarity with Hubspot and Google Analytics a plus

+ Demonstrable ability to translate data into clear insights and compelling narratives for stakeholders

+ Thorough, self-motivated, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

+ Familiarity with marketing attribution modeling or campaign influence frameworks

+ Experience supporting public sector or international marketing initiatives

+ Background in professional services, enterprise sales, or account-based marketing analytics
