Position overview
We are hiring a Marketing Director to help more families discover and access our services.
This role executes day-to-day marketing activities—field outreach, digital campaigns, events, and partner engagement—that expand awareness and convert interest into scheduled assessments and starts of care, including both private pay and veterans.
The right candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable communicating with referral partners and families.
You will collaborate with intake and leadership, keep materials and listings current, track activity in our CRM, and ensure timely follow-up so prospective clients experience a professional, supportive first impression.
Key Responsibilities Territory & Account Development Maintain a prioritized route of hospitals, rehabs, home health, hospice, assisted care communities, wealth managers, estate planners, and physician offices.
Use a structured 30-60-90 contact plan for each account with clear next steps documented in the CRM.
Relationship Management — Build trust with referral sources through consistent, helpful communication and reliable follow-through.
Address questions or concerns promptly and share updates internally to protect relationships.
As needed, meet with prospective families alongside intake to explain services and support care plan development.
Referral Generation & Intake Coordination Secure introductions and present services to decision-makers and influencers.
Drive and facilitate same-day or next-day assessments when appropriate.
Coordinate handoff to intake/scheduling to support a timely, professional start of care.
Community Outreach & Events Plan, attend, and staff community events, health fairs, CEUs, and educational presentations.
Capture attendee information and complete follow-up within 24 hours.
Track inquiries, assessments, and starts in the CRM; log daily activities and meeting notes.
Provide concise weekly summaries of activity and outcomes.
Monitor local competitors’ services and messaging; share actionable insights with leadership.
Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred.
2+ years of experience in marketing, liaison, or sales; healthcare/senior care/home care strongly preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication; professional, compassionate presence with families and partners.
Strong organization and follow-through; able to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and clean driving record.
Working knowledge of HIPAA and basic referral-compliance expectations.

Compensation & Benefits Compensation Competitive base salary plus performance-based commission tied to revenue from new and retained clients.
Target mix: approximately 70% base / 30% commission in Year 1; trending toward ~50% / 50% in Year 2 as the territory matures.
Commission eligibility requires meeting a preset weekly-hours threshold and maintaining agreed monthly touchpoints with referral sources.
Specific metrics and rates will be outlined in the offer letter and compensation plan.
Work Hours & Benefits Primarily business hours.
Occasional after-hours outreach may be needed when a lead requires timely support outside standard times.
This role is not responsible for after-hours scheduling or on-call staffing.
