Our MBA Internship is a 10-week summer experience designed to develop future leaders by providing hands-on experience in key business areas, with a focus on StrategyPeople, Finance, or Technology functions.

You will gain industry exposure, be integrated into our business, work on high-impact projects, and tackle real-world challenges building on your previous professional and academic experiences.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own and execute a strategic project that addresses a key business challenge
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across the organization
  • Conduct market research, data analysis, and modeling to support decision-making
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Engage in networking, mentorship, and professional development opportunities

  • Who You Are:

  • First year MBA candidate currently enrolled in business school
  • 3-10 years operational experience in Strategy, People, Finance, or Technology functions

  • A strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for the beverage industry
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills demonstrated in previous work and extracurricular activities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis, without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
