MBA Marketing Summer 2026 Internship

This role follows a hybrid work model, requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week.

About The Role: 


As a Marketing MBA intern at Boston Scientific, you will…

  • Work in one of six business units within Product/Brand Management or Marketing Strategy.


  • Be partnered with a mentor, aside from your manager.

  • Contribute to projects that impact strategic priorities such as: Customer insight generation, Product development, Growth strategies, New business development, Commercialization optimization tactics and Market development.


  • Be evaluated for a full-time offer following your internship.

  • Your Responsibilities Will Include:


    Examples of meaningful work by Marketing MBA interns:

  • Leading a comprehensive new product market assessment to gather unique customer insights through direct and indirect customer interactions to understand and influence: Future technology opportunity, segmentation, and rate of adoption
    Physician behaviors and experiences
    Product selection criteria and key buying factors
  • Contributing to the development of a commercialization plan by: Building dynamic market models to analyze the financial impact of strategic options
    Developing segmentation, product positioning, value propositions and pricing strategies
    Investigating and recommending new services and solutions
  • Execution of market research to support the development of new products, including: Analyzing market size, segments, product usage, dynamics, and trends
    Conducting competitive assessment of products, pricing, distribution and positioning
    Execution of primary and secondary market research as well as focus groups
  • Required Qualifications: 

  • Must graduate between December 2026 and May 2027
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Masters of Business Administration

  • Must have at least one semester of school left post-internship
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from the Maple Grove, MN or Arden Hills, MN Boston Scientific Corporate location
  • Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience understanding customer needs using various research methods

  • Innovative, creative, outside the box thinker; strives to find new solutions

  • Strong analytical, written, communication and presentation skills

  • Demonstrated success working in a cross-functional team environment

    Minimum Salary: $104,000


    Maximum Salary: $104,000

    The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) – see will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role.

    Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs.

    At BSC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the anticipated salary range listed above.

    Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).

    Compensation for exempt, non-sales roles may also include variable compensation, i.e., annual bonus target and long-term incentives (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
