Now hiring an Automotive or Diesel Mechanic for our shop serving Oklahoma City Environmental Trust!
Transdev in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma is seeking a to bolster our team.

This role demands expertise in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining engines across various vehicles and equipment.

All Techs play a crucial role in ensuring safety, efficiency, and longevity for our vehicles.
Transdev is proud to offer:
+ Competitive compensation package of minimum $22.00 – Maximum $27.00
+ An additional $.10 per hour for each ASE certification you possess or obtain
+ An additional $.50 per hour for obtaining your CDL
+ An additional $.50 per hour for obtaining your state CNG certification
Benefits include:

+ Company paid ASE testing, training materials, and tool reimbursement.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Perform preventative maintenance (PMs), safety inspections, and annual maintenance inspections.
+ Diagnose and perform all phases of vehicle and equipment repair including brakes, suspensions, engines, drivetrains, transmissions, and other repairs.
+ Ensure work orders are completed accurately.
+ Assist with road calls and emergency services as necessary.
Qualifications:
+ Valid driver’s license required.
+ At least 3 years of automotive or diesel maintenance & repair employment experience or a combination of technical school education & experience.
+ Mechanic’s toolset
+ ASE certifications preferred.

Must be willing to participate in company ASE certification program (company training, testing, and bonuses provided!
+ Subject to DOT drug testing.

Physical Requirements:
+ The essential functions of this position require the ability to:
+ Work outside in varying temperature, weather, and humidity conditions-100% of the job is performed outside, work alone and in remote locations.


+ Sit for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours per day); frequently walk for long distances and on possible sloped ground or slippery and uneven surfaces
+ Push and pull objects, occasionally throughout the workday; lift material weighing up to 50 lbs.

with or without assistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to files or equipment stored at ground level
+ Withstand heavy traffic areas while performing the duties of the job; tolerate exposure to considerable amounts of dust, vehicle fumes and noise.
