Performing mechanical and/or pneumatic assembly.
Including but not limited to the following: Installation of blast guns and hoses (suction and pressure). Installation of motors, gear boxes, bearings, shafts, drive belts, etc. Installation of doors, pneumatic cylinders, lines, etc. Installing ducting and hoses Assembly and installation of pneumatic systems including filters, regulators, gauges, solenoids, valves, fittings, air lines, hoses, etc. Installation of Robotic systems using shims, dial indicators, etc.
to achieve accuracy. Developing work instructions for assemblies to standardize build practices. Use tools and additional equipment appropriately.
Including but not limited to the following: Hand/power tools – drills, drivers, grinders, saws, calipers, levels, dial indicators, etc. Shop tools – band saws, piranha, drill press, shear, break, etc. Performing all duties safely and with minimum supervision. Performing self in-process inspections, documenting them appropriately and filling out rework reports when necessary. Responsible for identifying and bringing any non-conformity to the attention of the Shop Foreman. Will be required to be cross trained in other departments within manufacturing and work in these departments as needed and directed to do so by the Plant Manager. Maintain a clean work area. Keeping all documents in order Performing daily and weekly cleanup of your designated work area. Managing parts cart and returned items.PERIFRIAL DUTIES:1.
Interact with organizational team members and other departments in a professional manner.

Assists in formulating departmental strategic plan and goals.

Performs other duties as required.
MINIMUM EDUCATION/WORK EXPERIENCE : Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills required.
This is normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent. Minimum two (2) years' experience in machine assembly.
