We’re looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer who knows how to take an idea from the drawing board to the production floor.
If you’ve got experience designing equipment, building parts, and working alongside manufacturing teams, this could be the right fit.
What You’ll Do:
Design custom machinery, parts, and assemblies for industrial/manufacturing use
Create and update 2D/3D CAD drawings (SolidWorks/AutoCAD or similar)
Work with production teams to make sure designs can be built efficiently and safely
Troubleshoot design challenges and improve equipment performance
Support equipment builds, testing, and installs
Communicate with project managers, machinists, and shop floor teams to get projects across the finish line
What We’re Looking For:
Experience with mechanical design in manufacturing or industrial environments
Skilled in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor, etc.)
Knowledge of materials, tolerances, and machining/fabrication practices
Hands-on approach — comfortable working with shop floor teams and seeing designs through to build
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
