Mechanical Engineer Job Opening In Ashburn – Now Hiring Gpac


Job description

A growing firm is looking for their next Mechanical Engineer (PE) with experience in HVAC/plumbing design.

Qualifications:


  • 10 years of experience
  • PE
  • HVAC/plumbing or electrical experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience managing projects of all sizes and complexity
  • Experience leading teams and mentoring others
  • Use tools necessary to create construction documents for projects throughout
  • Design and prepare drawings for plumbing and water supply systems
  • Design and prepare drawings for miscellaneous plumbing systems
  • Use AutoCAD and design applications to aid in design undertakings and requirements
  • Evaluate and oversee design layouts prior to drawing submittals
  • Prepare all documents and reports from start to finish of design
  • Recommend improvement methods to the design process
