Mechanical Engineer II, Charging & Energy Job Opening In Torrance – Now Hiring Rivian

Responsibilities The essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to: Working to improve the quality and reliability of our existing charging network Works directly with our supply base to take on board feedback and improvements for our Charging components Aids in the development of new Network Charging products Performs other duties as required or assigned within the scope of the position Qualifications 3+ years of experience and a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field Experience designing mechanical parts at the interface of electrical components Experience designing to thermal and structural constraints.

Professional experience with at least two CAD packages Professional experience with at least two of Injection molding, Casting, Brake press sheet metal, and stamping Ability to think around corners and come up with creative solutions, while still working with high levels of engineering rigor Pay Disclosure Salary Range for California Based Candidates: $85,600.00 - $107,000.00 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).
