**Position Overview:**

As our Mechanical Engineering Intern, you will provide support for Design and Product Engineering tasks and projects in a team environment to ensure the timely and cost-effective completion of these activities to meet customer expectations.

**Location:**

On-site in Euclid, Ohio

**Your Day to Day as a Mechanical Engineering Intern:**

+ Evaluate hardware discrepancies to contract requirements and design integrity with the intent of determining proper technical disposition and justification to customer.
+ Generate and maintain computer models and drawings of component parts and assemblies.
+ Interface with customers, engineers, and other functional departments in support of engineering department objectives.
+ Other engineering tasks and responsibilities as required.

**Required Qualifications:**

+ Enrollment in a Bachelor of Science program in Mechanical Engineering.
+ Knowledge and understanding of stress analysis.
+ Basic familiarity with engineering drawings and geometric tolerancing.
+ Strong verbal and technical writing skills.
+ Experience with Pro/E Creo CAD software preferred.

The starting hourly rate for this position in [[stateProvince]] at the start of employment is expected to be between $[[cust_salaryMin]] and $[[cust_salaryMax]] per hour.

The hourly rate offered is based on local job market factors and other objective business considerations.

Subject to these considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, such as a full range of medical, retirement, and/or other benefits.

If hired, the selected job candidate will be employed 'at-will,’ unless employed at a location and in a position subject to a collective bargaining agreement.
