Internship Summary:

The Mechanical Reliability Engineer Intern will support field-based project activities by verifying production details, collaborating with diverse teams, and maintaining consistent communication with their manager or mentor.

This role requires a high level of initiative and independence to keep projects progressing.

The intern must be comfortable working in physically demanding environments, including climbing columns and entering confined spaces, and be flexible with extended work hours when needed.

This hands-on experience offers exposure to real-world engineering challenges and cross-functional teamwork in a dynamic industrial setting.

Housing will not be provided for the internship

Responsibilities:

• Enter production areas to verify project details and ensure alignment with scope and objectives
• Take initiative and demonstrate self-driven progress on assigned intern projects
• Collaborate effectively within a team that includes individuals with diverse skills and backgrounds
• Communicate project updates, learning needs, and development goals with assigned manager or mentor
• Safely climb columns and enter confined spaces as required by project activities
• Be flexible and willing to work extended hours periodically to meet project deadlines or operational needs

Minimum Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university.
• Pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Completed at least two years of college education before beginning internship
• Strong academic performance minimum 3.0/4.0 GPA and extracurricular achievement.
  
  
• Demonstrated communication and leadership skills.
  
  
• Knowledge of Excel and Power BI skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and proven track record of adaptability, innovation, initiative and integrity.

• Must have legal U.S. working authorization to participate in the program.
  
  
• Must successfully pass pre-employment screening process.
  
  
• Must be at least 18 years of age
