Job Description
Manage and oversee the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) components of data center construction projects.Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards.Collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure smooth execution of MEP systems.Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.Provide technical support and resolve on-site construction challenges related to MEP systems.Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports and change orders.Coordinate with project managers to meet client expectations and deliverables.Travel to various project sites as required to oversee operations and ensure successful project delivery.

The Successful Applicant
A successful MEP Traveling Superintendent - Data Center should have:
A strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in construction projects.Experience working on data center or similar large-scale construction projects.Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.Excellent leadership and communication skills to coordinate with project teams and subcontractors.Flexibility to travel frequently to various project sites as needed.A commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards on-site.What's on Offer
