The SEC ISS program is a comprehensive IT program charged with operating, managing, and advancing the SEC's IT infrastructure.

Our dynamic program team of IT leaders and large and small business partners is seeking bright, energetic and talented individuals to join us as we bring our innovative IT Service Delivery solutions to SEC.

Currently, we are seeking an Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) Engineer with expertise in the Microsoft 365 stack, specifically Intune, Autopilot and Azure Virtual Desktop/Windows 365.

The selected candidate must a US Citizen (without dual citizenship) and able to obtain a Public Trust Suitability clearance, per contract requirements.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement endpoint management solutions using Microsoft 365, including Microsoft Intune and the Microsoft Intune Suite
  • Design and implement Autopilot deployment solutions for Windows 10/11 devices.
  • Design and implement cloud-based VDI solutions using Windows 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop
  • Configure and manage virtual desktop images, host pools, and remote desktop sessions.
  • Configure and manage device enrollment, compliance policies, and conditional access policies.
  • Develop and implement automation solutions using PowerShell and the PowerAutomate platform.
  • Provide tier III support for Intune-managed devices.
  • Monitor and report on virtual desktop solution performance and troubleshoot issues as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other engineers, project managers, and SEC Government stakeholders to understand business requirements, propose solutions, and provide updates on project progress.
  • Evaluate new Microsoft 365 features and capabilities and make recommendations for their adoption.
  • Monitor and report on endpoint management solution performance and troubleshoot issues as necessary.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must have a minimum of 5 years of Windows and/or Unified Endpoint Management (UEM)
  • Strong technical skills in Microsoft Intune, including device management, application management, and compliance management.
  • Strong technical skills in Autopilot implementation and persona development
  • Strong technical skills in Azure VDI solutions, including Azure Virtual Desktop and Windows 365, experience with performance monitoring, scaling, and cost management in an Azure environment preferred
  • Commitment to continuous learning and keeping up to date with the latest Microsoft 365 and Azure (where applicable) technologies and best practices.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell.
  • Familiarity with Entra ID and Conditional Access policies.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and keeping up to date with the latest Intune technologies and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
  • Desired Microsoft 365 Certifications:
    • Modern Desktop Administrator Associate.
    • Microsoft Endpoint Manager Administrator Associate or similar certifications.

The likely salary range for this position is $119,000 - $161,000.

This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.

Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
