Job Description: Summary:
- Expertise in Windows Server 2019/2022 administration.
- Knowledge of DNS and DHCP technologies.
- Perform day-to-day system administration on Windows Server environments (2008, 2012, 2016, 2019, 2022) including user account management, log/event log review, Active Directory, group policies, patching, and maintenance.
- Extensive administration experience on Windows Server platforms including deployments involving IP, HTTP/S, load balancing, clustering, firewalls, failover, monitoring, diagnostics, and tuning.
- Experience with configuration, customization, and creation of workflows, plugins, web services, reports, and integration for Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Support server and applications architecture, systems integration, and deployment for various .NET applications.
- Experience with Operating System configuration and administration (Windows/Linux).
- Experience with Windows Server OS, IIS, SQL Server, Active Directory, PowerShell, Outlook, web browsers, and Office tools.
- Document current systems and recommend improvements.
- Troubleshoot system issues, application/database performance, and ensure high system availability.
- Serve as liaison and technical resource for development teams and business units.
- Ensure compliance with architectural standards and methodologies.
- Perform software installations, upgrades, and patching.
- Monitor servers to maintain uptime and availability.
- Experience with SharePoint.
- Ability to work independently and within teams.
- Participate in on-call duties and provide after-hours support as needed.
Requirement/Must Have:
- Windows Server 2008 2022 Administration.
- IIS, XML, web services architecture, SOAP, firewall security, load balancing, clustering, high-availability applications.
- LAN/WAN design, configuration, and administration.
- On-prem to Microsoft Azure server migration.
- Microsoft Cloud administration.
- .NET application deployment and troubleshooting.
- Microsoft CRM administration.
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years with Windows Server Administration.
- 10 years with IIS, web architecture, and high-availability configuration.
- 10 years in LAN/WAN network design and admin.
- 5 years of on-prem to Azure migration.
- 7 years of Microsoft Cloud administration.
- 10 years with .NET application support.
- 7 years in Microsoft CRM Administration.
Responsibilities or Duties:
