Responsibilities
As a Tower Foreman, you are responsible for leading the daily site construction work efforts to ensure the crew meets production goals determined by leadership.

In addition, you will:
Understand and implement MasTec Communications Group (MNS) Health Safety and Environmental Policies (Safety Manual)Understand and implement Industry standards (OSHA, TIA10-48, NATE CTS, and ANSI)Ensure safety requirements at your sites and with your crewOversee the daily operations and quality of work performed at assigned sitesMaintain daily paperwork required for the site and the crewImplement and follow through with job instructions provided by leadershipCompile all site-specific closeout documentation for your work effortUpload closeout documentation to customer interfacesCoordinate with customer representative for site-related activities and maintain a good working relationship with a customer representativeProvide leadership, and guidance and actively train/promote learning to all crew membersAlways maintain equipment and vehicles in an operational conditionValidate daily timesheets for ManagementServe as a mentor to new less experienced techniciansOther duties as assigned Qualifications
About You:
Safety is a part of your day to dayYou have a track record of completing work with a high level of qualityYou have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your workYou are looking for long-term projectsYou enjoy getting your hands dirty with your teamYou have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)You have a minimum of 5 years of industry experienceYou demonstrate expertise in construction skills, rigging, safety, and general industry knowledgeYou have a working knowledge of safety standards and regulationsOwning a WSA certification is a plusYou possess job-related certifications-First Aid, Safety, Rescue, Wiltron, Anritsu, Fiber, PIM, CPR, and Connector attachmentYou have organizational, computer, and communication skillsYou must be able to read and interpret site plans, RFDS, construction drawings, and SOWYou must have a valid driver’s license and driving record meeting the company policy conditionsYou have the ability to maintain FDOT log books training will be providedYou have the ability to lead, teach and train proper work and safety proceduresYou recognize and provide a safe work site with acceptable quality and efficiencyMust be able to provide, record and manage paperwork (Excel, Word, Must be fit and in good physical conditionMust have the ability to climb towers, be able to pick up 50 lbs., and be capable of working up to 12 hours Hard work pays off.
