  • Specialized Design Contributor: Develop expertise in fixed finishes, furniture procurement, or construction documentation.
  • Project Manager: Transition into overseeing project timelines, deliverables, and high-level coordination.

  • Leadership: The Mid-Level Designer supports the team but does not mentor Junior Designers or Interns.

Leadership responsibilities are reserved for the Senior Designer role.
  • Accountability: While the Senior Designer is accountable for all project documentation, the Mid-Level Designer focuses on supporting documentation and task execution.
  • Independence: Mid-Level Designers work under the guidance of Senior Designers and Principals, whereas Senior Designers are expected to work independently and lead project phases.
  • Experience: The Senior Designer requires 7+ years of experience, while the Mid-Level Designer is designed for professionals with 3+ years of experience looking to refine their skills and advance.
