Position - Regional Sales Professional, Midwest (IL & OH Focus) Location – Remote with Travel (minimum 50%) Compensation – Base salary, performance-based compensation, firmwide bonus pool sharing, partial healthcare About Us Founded in 2012 with the vision to craft world-class Cabernet Sauvignon in Napa Valley, we have remained steadfast to that mission.

  • Position Overview We are seeking a Regional Sales Professional to represent our brand in the Midwest, with a primary focus on Illinois and Ohio.
  • The ideal candidate will bring proven experience working with a fine wine producer or distributor in the region and possess established relationships with private clubs, fine dining accounts, and luxury hotels.
  • Ideally, the candidate will be based in Illinois and available to travel across the broader Midwestern region as needed.
  • This is a hands-on, relationship-driven role that requires both the polish to represent a prestige Napa Valley brand and the hustle to deliver measurable results in the field.

  • Represent the brand at regional events, trade shows, and client experiences.

  • Qualifications Strong existing relationships with key private clubs, fine dining accounts, and hospitality partners in IL and OH.
  • Based in Illinois (preferred) with ability and willingness to travel across the Midwestern region.
  • Proven ability to build trust-based, long-term relationships.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the polish to represent a Napa Valley prestige brand.
