Job description

Basic Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field.

Also requires 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience.

Agile experience preferred.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire.

Applicants selected will be subject to a Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, citizenship is required.

Missile Defense Systems Analyst – Colorado Springs, CO

ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES:

As a Systems Analyst working on the Command and Control, Battle Management, Communication (C2BMC) System, you will be part of a team performing data analysis on complex algorithms for performance, behavior, and functionality, and presenting analysis results to software engineers, product owners, senior program leaders, and customer representatives in support of our nation’s Missile Defense System.

  • Understanding of system and software engineering processes, principles, and lifecycles
  • Knowledge of complex algorithms related to missile defense command and control, IR sensors, and radar concepts
  • Conducting performance analysis, root cause troubleshooting, and technical support of system and software products
  • Use automated test and pipelines (CI/CD, DevSecOps)
  •  What sets you apart:

  • Demonstrated proficiency using spreadsheets, databases, tools, and Linux command line execution to perform hands-on data analysis
  • Execution of problem resolution related to design, development, testing, operational integration, and user support
  • Ability to read and understand software coding, such as Java, C++, and/or Fortran
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment

    Target salary range: USD $115, - USD $128,;This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.).
