Project Overview

We are partnering with some of the world’s largest healthcare and pharmaceutical companies—as well as leading sports organizations—to deliver outstanding digital experiences for patients and athletes alike.

In this fast-paced role, your design expertise will transform complex challenges into elegant, user-centric solutions.

You’ll iterate rapidly on prototypes, engage in user testing, and refine designs based on real-world feedback.

Your contributions will directly influence how technology serves diverse audiences, ensuring our products are not only functional but also a pleasure to use.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design process by transforming research insights into compelling wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Product Management, UX Research, and Marketing—to identify user challenges and design opportunities.
  • Mentor and guide other UX Designers on the team, fostering their professional growth and ensuring high-quality design outputs.
  • Oversee multiple design projects simultaneously in an agile, fast-paced environment, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
  • Advocate for and implement inclusive user-centered design principles across all projects.
  • Present strategic design recommendations and rationale to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Contribute to the evolution of our design standards, processes, and overall design strategy.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, with 10+ years of proven experience in UX design for digital products.
  • A compelling portfolio that demonstrates end-to-end design processes—from concept to execution—with strong problem-solving narratives and measurable impact.

    Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design concepts and mentor team members.
  • Demonstrated experience working in fast-paced, iterative environments and managing multiple complex design projects concurrently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a global organization or in cross-functional, diverse teams.
  • A deep understanding of user-centered design and agile methodologies.
  • Prior exposure to healthcare, pharmaceutical, or related industries is a plus.
  • Proven ability to develop detailed user flows, journey maps, and design specifications that drive strategic decision-making.
  • Experience leading usability testing and integrating design research methodologies to optimize user experiences.
  • A proactive, innovative mindset with a passion for pushing design boundaries and elevating team performance.

Compensation

We offer a competitive hourly rate depending on experience and expertise.
