The Senior UX Designer will be crucial to delivering for various teams and projects.

You’ll work closely with fellow UX designers, PMs, engineers and stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.

You’ll be expected to generate ideas, create designs and supporting research artifacts.

You’ll be counted on to contribute to find moments to harmonize and improve design systems.

You relish the chance to present and defend solutions and can seamlessly tie designs back to research and data.

Your communication skills are as refined as your design skills.

You know how to work on a team and are also curious about leadership and management.
Responsibilities Design crystal-clear, high-fidelity mockups and prototypes
Create impactful research artifacts to support/challenge ideas
Collaborate with stakeholders and team members, at all levels
Own the entirety of your work, from sketch to prototype to handoff
Love of design systems and processes
Self-start projects rooted in research or design thinking
Support and build out processes with design leadership
Qualifications 6+ years of user-experience design required
Excellent skills in Figma
Comfortable in Jira, Confluence, and Notion
Ability to present work with confidence
Bachelor's degree in Design, UX, HCI, Comms, or related area
Knowledge of Salesforce a plus
Must be based in NYC
Salary Range
$150,000 - $175,000 USD
