Motion Designer (Mid Senior Level)



Job description

We’re seeking a highly skilled Motion Designer (Mid - Senior Level) to join our creative team.

In this role, you will lead motion design projects across a range of clients and industries, creating dynamic brand expressions through animation, video, and motion graphics.

You’ll collaborate closely with brand strategists, designers, and copywriters to bring brands to life across platforms—from social media content to product launch films to full brand motion systems.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize, design, and execute high-quality motion graphics that align with brand strategies and visual identities.

  • Lead the development of motion language and animation guidelines as part of broader brand identity systems.

  • Collaborate with designers to translate static brand assets into expressive motion content.

  • Produce animations for a variety of outputs including but not limited to web, social, and experiential.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of design quality.

  • Stay current with trends in animation, motion design, and branding to push creative boundaries and inspire innovation.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in motion design, preferably within a creative agency or studio environment.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of motion work, especially in branding and identity systems.

  • Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

  • Familiarity with Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D tools is a plus.

  • Solid understanding of design principles including typography, color, composition, and timing.

  • Experience developing motion guidelines and scalable animation systems.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills—able to clearly explain concepts and creative decisions.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
