Job Title: Motion Graphics Designer ( Remote)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Seeking candidates with an ad agency or production background that shows 30s TV ads or projects that incorporates type, motion graphics, and showing storyboard skills in their portfolio will be great.
- Usually having a portfolio website helps to see how they explored the concept and their role, instead of Vimeo link of their sizzle.
- Also showing like a product educational video that shows that they can work with simplifying or interpreting UI in a different way will be closer to a person that we are looking for.
- We re looking for a creative designer & motion graphics designer to join our team and create engaging digital animations and video content across a variety of projects, including campaigns, social, Performance Media, etc.
- You will collaborate with copywriters, art directors, videographers, and other creative professionals to produce high-quality multimedia deliverables on schedule.
The right candidate will have a background in digital design and motion design.
- The candidate will have integrated skills and be able to concept, design, and animate various types of content.
They will work on a mix of projects and assets, including social media content, product explainers, editing interviews, and performance assets.
- The role will take responsibility for the quality of any project assigned, ensuring that it follows brand and visual guidelines, achieves creative excellence, and addresses the key objectives of each project.

Key Responsibilities/Performance Requirements:
- Working with the team to understand each project s goals and developing visual language and expressions that align with marketing strategies and achieve the desired results.
- Working closely with Channel owners including Social, Product, Performance Media and Brand Media to translate marketing/product features into sophisticated creative solutions.
- Collaborate with a team of creatives to conceptualize and create engaging videos, animations, and illustrations.
Storyboarding skills are essential, interpreting our UI into simple easy-to-understand graphics, and the ability to tell a story through video.
- Owning the post-production workflow on projects from start to finish From motion graphics, editing, sound mixing, and color.
- Thriving in a deadline-driven environment with the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Building positive and effective internal and external relationships.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor s degree (or equivalent) in fine art, advertising, graphic design, motion design or similar discipline.
- 3-5 years of professional design or motion graphics experience, preferably in an advertising or production studio.
The portfolio should include storyboarding and design skills.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of high-quality work.
- Demonstrated experience with creating motion content, from concept/storyboard to animation.
- Excellent typography, layout, and conceptual skills
- Proficiency with design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud Especially Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere.
Ability to work in Figma is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal communication, organization, and time-management skills.
