MSP IT Help Desk Engineer



Job description

Oxford Solutions has a direct hire opportunity with our client for an MSP IT Helpdesk Engineer.



Must be able to work 4 days onsite at office located in Conshohocken, PA.

Oxford Solutions is working with a client looking for a skilled Help Desk Technician who can independently handle a wide range of IT support tasks.

This role requires prior help desk experience working across multiple technologies with ability to provide support in a small to mid-sized business environment.

The ideal candidate is proactive, eager to learn, and committed to delivering excellent service.



Responsibilities




  • Provide IT support for Microsoft business applications, hardware, and networking issues.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity, firewall, switch, and backup system issues.

  • Manage user accounts and settings in Active Directory and O365.

  • Support VoIP systems, VPNs, and Remote Desktop Services.

  • Monitor and respond to system alerts and service tickets.

  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule.



Qualifications




  • Hands-on experience with PC, server, and network troubleshooting.

  • Prior experience working in MSP environment

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.

  • Familiarity with security best practices and IT support tools.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
