The National Security Sector at Leidos is seeking a Network Admin and Ops to be responsible for Anti-Submarine Warfare Virtual Operator Trainer (ASW VOT) Gov’t Information System

+ Managing and responding to Trouble Tickets and Trouble Calls.

Providing solutions to system users in a face-to-face environment.
+ Hardware installation and repair on servers/switches/workstations/UPS/peripheral devices.
+ Overall responsibility and management of a centralized server room and Network Operations Center including hardware inventory and physical access control and security.
+ Linux support operations for basic desktop support, KVM (Hypervisor) and virtual machine management, IAM, ssh, NFS, iSCSI, NTP, etc.
+ Assist in classroom and server room installs, running and terminating cables, cable management and testing, and basic server rack and workstation builds.
+ Ingestion, aggregation, and reporting of all VOT Trouble Tickets and general system status.
+ Work daily inside of a Secured Environment (SCIF inside of a DoD Training Facility) with limited access to personal electronic devices.
+ Solves initially unclear problems within the ASW VOT which required analysis and familiarization with ASW VOT underlying programs and trouble ticket procedures.

**Primary Responsibilities**

+ As part of our Customer On-Site Maintenance Support team (COMS) you will receive daily trouble tickets from both local and remote sites, identify and correct low-level hardware and software issues, and attend customer required meetings.
+ Expected to assist in annual or “as-needed” technical refreshes and assist in receiving, movement, storage, and inventory of system parts/spares.
+ Provide daily support for the ASW VOT system to include daily maintenance and system re-starts.

**Basic Qualifications**

+ Highschool diploma
+ Requires a minimum of 2+ years of prior relevant experience
+ US Citizenship required with the ability to obtain and/or maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance
+ IAT Level 1 Certification (CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, CCNA Security, etc)

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ CompTIA Linux+ Certification
+ RHCSA/RHCE Red Hat Certifications
+ AN/SQQ-89A(v)15 Experience, Training, and Operations
+ Experience with a Distributed Compute Cluster for Virtualized Systems

**Knowledge**

+ Has a basic understanding of all aspects of Customer On-Site Maintenance Support roles and responsibilities, and understand the practical application to complex issues associated with ASW Virtual Operator Trainers.

**Pay Range:**
Pay Range $46,800.00 - $84,600.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
