The role involves ensuring optimal network performance, troubleshooting critical issues, and supporting enterprise-level connectivity solutions across multiple environments.</p> <b>Core Responsibilities</b> <ul> <li>Lead efforts in <b>network optimization</b>, performance tuning, and issue resolution through advanced <b>network modeling</b> and analysis.</li> <li>Manage and secure enterprise environments using <b>Cisco ASA firewalls</b> and other security technologies.</li> <li>Design and support <b>SD-WAN solutions</b>, with a preference for <b>Silver Peak</b>.</li> <li>Utilize and maintain <b>network support and monitoring tools</b>, including <b>SolarWinds</b>, <b>Cisco ISE</b>, and <b>NetBox</b> for documentation and administrative tasks.</li> <li>Support <b>Wintel server environments</b>, applying networking principles to optimize performance and integration.</li> <li>Perform regular system audits to verify implementation results and compliance with organizational standards.</li> <li>Contribute to defining and enforcing <b>IT systems, policies, and procedures</b> to maintain consistent quality and security across the infrastructure.</li> <li>Communicate effectively with external stakeholders such as <b>vendors, suppliers, and customers</b> to ensure seamless coordination and project delivery.</li> <li>Drive <b>technological research and innovation</b> by aligning new initiatives with organizational goals, strategies, and user requirements.</li> <li>Identify and analyze trends, proactively resolve issues, and recommend improvements for continuous service enhancement.</li> <li>Develop project scope, budgets, and timelines, ensuring execution meets quality and performance benchmarks.</li> <li>Participate in professional development through workshops, technical publications, and industry networking opportunities.</li> </ul> <b>Key Skills & Competencies</b> <ul> <li><b>Cisco Routing, Switching, Firewall, and Wireless</b> technologies (minimum 15 years of hands-on experience).</li> <li>Deep knowledge of <b>BGP</b> and <b>VPN</b> technologies (VTI route-based or IPsec).</li> <li><b>Network Engineering and Administration</b> using tools like <b>SolarWinds</b> and <b>Cisco ISE</b>.</li> <li>Experience with <b>Data Center Management</b>, <b>SD-WAN</b>, and enterprise-grade troubleshooting.</li> <li>Strong grasp of <b>network documentation and asset management</b> via <b>NetBox</b>.</li> <li>Proficiency in <b>technical management</b>, <b>vendor coordination</b>, <b>project planning</b>, and <b>strategic execution</b>.</li> <li>Analytical problem-solving abilities with a focus on <b>execution quality and system performance</b>.</li> </ul> <b>Education & Experience</b> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.</li> <li>Minimum of <b>five years of relevant IT experience</b> (15+ preferred for senior-level network engineering).</li> <li>Product or system certifications are a plus.</li> </ul> <b>Additional Information</b> <ul> <li>Expected travel: up to <b>20%</b>, including 2 3 U.S.-based trips before the end of 2025 (may include weekends).</li> <li>All travel expenses will be <b>fully reimbursed</b>.</li> </ul> <b>Enterprise Requirement Skills</b> <p>Network Engineering, Cisco Routers, Cisco Switches, SD-WAN (Silver Peak preferred), Routers, WAN, Data Center, Troubleshooting.</p> </div> <p><p>Founded in 2014, <a href="http://www.conglomerateit.com"><b>ConglomerateIT</b></a> is a global leader in delivering innovative IT solutions and services.
