NO C2C Senior Network Security Engineer – Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Network Security Engineer to lead the design, deployment, and evolution of enterprise network and cybersecurity infrastructure.

This high-impact role blends deep technical expertise with strategic vision to secure hybrid cloud and on-premises environments.

You’ll serve as the go-to expert for network security operations—guiding architecture decisions, mentoring team members, and ensuring systems are resilient, scalable, and secure.
Key Responsibilities

+ Serve as the technical lead and escalation point for network security operations.

+ Architect and implement secure network solutions across on-prem and cloud environments.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Cybersecurity, DevOps, Cloud CoE) to ensure secure solution design.

+ Define and monitor KPIs for network security performance and incident response.

+ Lead and document incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement efforts.

+ Maintain and evolve network security policies, procedures, and runbooks.

+ Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for critical network support.

Additional Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience.

+ 5+ years in enterprise network engineering and cybersecurity.

+ Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, etc.).

+ Excellent communication, documentation, and leadership skills.

+ Experience with zero trust architecture and network segmentation is a plus.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
