**In this Sr Network Administrator position you will make impacts in the following ways;**

+ Maintains smooth operation of a variety of networks.

Plans, evaluates, designs, and coordinates installation and/or reconfiguration of hardware and software elements of data and/or voice communication network.
+ Maintains technical expertise in all areas of networks and computer hardware and software interconnection and interfacing.
+ Provides regular monitoring and network analysis regarding short- and long-range planning for in-house systems.

**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**

+ An active Secret Clearance is required
+ Must be able to obtain a Security or equivalent security certification within 6 months of starting
+ Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex problems in a production environment
+ Minimum of a High School Diploma and 3 or more years of relevant experience
+ Ability to independently research solutions to problems and propose viable solutions
+ Ability to work with multiple teams to accomplish complex tasks
+ Comfortable working with multiple vendors in a heterogeneous environment

**Technical skills**

+ Familiarity with at least one virtualization platform
+ Good understanding of Cisco and Juniper technologies
+ Experience with LAN switching technologies such as VLANS, spanning tree, and ether-channel
+ Capable of configuring network routing protocols such as Static OSPF & BGP
+ Comfortable with Firewall routing, policy, and inspection
+ Familiarity with configuring and managing NAT devices
+ Experience with IP-Sec VPNs and GRE

**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**

+ Security or equivalent certification
+ Experience with various WAN technologies such as MPLS and Ethernet
+ Familiarity with networking requirements for high performance storage systems
+ Experience with network virtualization and VLANS
+ Familiarity with multicast technologies and anycast routing
+ Experience with high speed Ethernet technologies (25GB, 40GB, & 100GB physical implementation)
+ Experience in base networking architecture support

**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $77809 - $132275

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures.

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
