Overview

  • Team of six physicians and two advanced practice providers.

    The Neurology Department is part of the Neurosciences Service
  • Line, of which the Neurosurgery, Rehabilitation and Sleep Medicine Departments are also members.
  • Full-time position with four-day or five-day schedule available.
  • Outpatient practice only (no inpatient work required).
  • Neurology is covered by a two-provider, neuro-hospitalist team for inpatient support.
  • Epic electronic medical record.
  • Partners fellowship trained in epilepsy, movement disorders, multiple sclerosis and headache, as well as two general neurologists.
  • Telehealth stroke support available.
  • One embedded psychologist to support neurology patients.
  • Community hospital is level 3 with beds.
  • What We Are Seeking in a Candidate:

  • Board-certified or board-eligible general neurologist.
  • Ability to obtain an active license in Washington.
  • Training and/or interest in neuromuscular disorders, EMG/NCS.
  • Providers who value high-quality care and work/life balance.
  • Concise and compassionate communication skills to educate patients and families.
  • Ability to thoroughly document and maintain comprehensive patient records.
