Additional job responsibilities (outlined below) will be assigned if the candidate is hired at the higher level.Nuclear and Hazardous Materials Tec 1 $48,500 - $75,000You will work as a member of the Process Maintenance and Decontamination Services Group, Programmatic Maintenance Team for Weapons Production Facilities on either the Plant Wide Decon & Maintenance Support team or one of the two Programmatic Equipment Maintenance & Gloveboxes teams.
These teams are responsible for performing decontamination and maintenance on programmatic equipment and glovebox support systems to support program deliverables.
The selected candidate will primarily mentor with and support the chosen team while cross training with the other.
The selected candidate will support Decontamination and/or Maintenance activities and report to a First Line Manager for preparing, reviewing, and working against approved integrated work document (IWD) specific to task and location.
You will work with the organization responsible for corrective and preventative maintenance of programmatic equipment, (i.e., troubleshoot, repair, and replace) as well as the decontamination, decommissioning and demolition of process equipment used at all Weapons Production Facilities.
