Job description

System One is Hiring: Program Analyst 3
Location: Remote or Onsite - Houston, Texas
Pay Range: Based on experience
Type: Direct Hire

Position Summary:
System One is seeking a Program Analyst 3 to support the PMCoE in implementing project and product risk management processes.

The analyst will lead planning, assessment, and monitoring of project risks, using data to inform organizational planning, forecasting, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
+ Develop and maintain risk management plans and processes for projects.
+ Facilitate risk identification, monitoring, reporting, and lead risk review meetings.
+ Provide risk management training to teams.
+ Manage risk data across multiple systems and improve reporting structures.
+ Perform quantitative analysis of risk impacts on project cost and schedule.
+ Collaborate with project managers and subject matter experts to identify and assess risks, develop handling plans, and conduct decision-making analyses.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.



Required Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field.
+ 5+ years of experience in project/program management or systems engineering.

Nuclear industry experience preferred.
+ Familiarity with project risk management, planning/scheduling tools, PMO processes, spreadsheets, and databases (e.g., Primavera P6, PRISM, Primavera Risk Analysis, Palisade @Risk).
+ Strong technical writing and communication skills.
+ Exceptional organizational skills; ability to manage complex projects independently.
+ Eligible to work under DOE 10 CFR Part 810.
