Make a difference in nursing education.Concordia College is seeking a committed nurse educator to join our high-performing faculty team in delivering our
accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program.
Beginning January 2026, this 12-month curriculum serves second-degree students preparing for compassionate and informed nursing practice.Located in the vibrant Fargo–Moorhead metro—home to a strong healthcare community and ranked among the most livable U.S. cities—Concordia offers a collegial and mission-driven academic environment.
About the ProgramThe mission of the nursing program is to influence the health of the world by sending into society compassionate, thoughtful, and informed baccalaureate-prepared professionals dedicated to the vocation of nursing.
The program is accredited by the Commission on College Nursing Education (CCNE) and approved by the MN Board of Nursing.

What You’ll DoAs a full-time faculty member in the accelerated BSN program, your responsibilities will include:
Teaching courses in 6–8-week blocks year-round (24 credits/year, including summer session)Providing classroom, lab, and clinical instruction
Coordinating student clinical experiencesAdvising students and mentoring their academic and professional growthParticipating in departmental and campus committeesContributing to scholarly work and sharing research through publications or conferencesYou will have opportunities to teach across multiple nursing specialties, based on your expertise.What We’re Looking ForWe welcome experienced nurse educators who are committed to excellence in teaching and equity in practice.

Master’s degree in nursing (required)Active RN licensure in MN and ND or eligibility to obtainTeaching and/or clinical expertise in adult health, OB, pediatrics, mental health, or a related specialtyStrong communication skills and a collaborative spiritWillingness to teach across specialties in a fast-paced, student-focused format Preferred Qualifications
Terminal degree in nursing (DNP, PhD, or EdD)Previous teaching experience in an academic settingA philosophy in sympathy with the aims and objectives of a liberal arts college of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America.

Salary – $62,000 – $78,000
The final salary will be determined based on factors such as education, experience, skills, certifications, and alignment with the position’s requirements.
Other considerations may include internal equity and market conditions.
