Job description

  • Managing user accounts and licenses within the Microsoft 365 environment.
  • Configuring and maintaining email services, including Exchange Online.
  • Monitoring and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 services and applications.
  • Implementing security measures, such as multi-factor authentication and data loss prevention policies.
  • Collaborating with other IT teams to integrate Microsoft 365 with other systems and applications.
  • Providing user support and training on Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards, such as GDPR or HIPAA.
  • Keeping up to date with new features and updates in Microsoft 365 and recommending best practices for implementation.

    Ensure adherence to the processes defined by NYL and TCS
  • Should be flexible to adapt to the TCS work culture
  • Is good Team player to work collaboratively with other team members
  • Take additional responsibilities and Proactively work towards identifying opportunities for improvements in process, service delivery, technology, customer satisfaction and effort & cost optimization
  • Good Customer/Vendor handling skills
  • Good understanding of Incident and Request Management (ITIL-Framework).
  • ITIL Certification.
