Job Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications:
To qualify you must have a High School or equivalent.
1 - 2 years Office administration experience in a medical office or aHealth care facility.
Excellent communication (both oral and written), interpersonal, and organization skills.
Writing skills to compose and edit logical, detailed, comprehensive and grammatically correct correspondence.
Excellent computer skills.
Knowledge of EPIC Ambulatory (SuperUser).
Knowledge of medical terminology.
Ability to handle matters of highly confidential and sensitive nature.
Ability to recognize and identify problems, implications and propose alternative solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate's Degree .
3 - 5 years Office administration experience in a medical office or a Healthcare facility.
Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
