Job description

Office Manager Location: Manhattan, KS Type: Full Time Well-established, multi-dentist office located in the heart of Manhattan, KS is hiring for a full time experienced Office Manager that is excited and passionate about the healthcare industry.

The ideal candidate must be a responsible professional capable of to manage the daily operations of the practice while providing and ensuring the gold standard in our overall patient experience.

  • The manager will oversee systems, develop and future proof processes in patient satisfaction, patient retention, case acceptance, employee engagement, and provider engagement.
  • Provides support to functioning areas; including front and back of office administrative assistance and operations.

  • Develops leaders and supports a strong team to facilitate patients and enable patient growth
  • Acts as the liaison between the doctors and patients care team.

  • Must have a strong business acumen within business administration and/or organizational leadership Prior medical or dental practice experience is a plus
  • Required fundamentals with tools such as: Word and Excel, electronic billing, insurance processes, account receivable and payable .

    Dental Practice Management Software experience is a plus.

  • Knowledgeable in Human Resources; including benefits administration and recruitment.
  • Must be polished, excels in communications and problem solving skills.

  • Compensation is based on qualifications and background.
