Office Manager/Bookkeeper (Part-Time)
 
*Part-time:18 hours/week
*$25/hour

A local farm equipment and supply company is looking for a part-time Payroll/Office Manager, that is proficient in accounts payable and receivable.

At this moment, the company utilizes the Advantage Payroll Service program.

This person will be doing all front office duties, including payroll, IRS filings and payments, unit sales of the equipment, answering the phones, welcoming customers and clients, and managing the UPS drop-offs.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is self-motivated, organized and who works well alone.
 
 
 
Hours: Part-time, 3 days a week, 9am to 4pm, or adapt to your schedule!
 
Responsibilities:
  • General bookkeeping duties
  • Answer phones and assist callers, or direct calls
  • Prepare deposits
  • Reconcile accounts
  • Order office supplies
  • Sort mail
  • Handle Payroll, A/R, A/P
  • Interact with customers
 
Requirements:
  • Working knowledge of payroll, taxes and bookkeeping duties
  • Ability to work well independently
