As an Omnichannel Operations and Services Senior Specialist, you will be at the heart of making sure our stores deliver a smooth and reliable experience for customers who shop online.
You’ll team up with store leaders and cross-functional partners to solve problems, improve how we fulfill orders, and help create a process that’s fast, efficient, and customer-focused.

This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work some days on-site at the Best Buy location listed on this posting and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location.

What you’ll do
Own the ship-from-store process: Take charge of making sure online orders are picked, packed, and shipped from our retail locations quickly and accurately.
You’ll track performance, support store teams with training and tools, and help solve any issues that pop up to keep things moving smoothly.
Be a go-to problem solver: Work with teams across the company to tackle issues, improve tools and processes, and make sure stores have what they need to succeed.
Help shape the future of fulfillment: Use feedback and data to design better ways of working, support new initiatives, and create experiences that make both employees and customers happy.Basic qualifications3 or more years of Retail Operations, Supply Chain, Distribution/Transportation, Business management, or related Retail experience requiredProficiency in Excel with lookups, basic formulas, and pivots required Preferred qualificationsBachelor’s Degree or relevant experience preferred5 or more years of Retail Operations, Supply Chain, Distribution/Transportation, Business management, or related Retail experience preferredExperience with Power BI and Power BI desktop preferredExperience with SQL preferredWhat’s in it for youWe’re committed to helping our people thrive at work and at home.
