In this critical role, you’ll support the day-to-day operations and play a key part in ensuring the seamless execution of organizational objectives.

The Operations Coordinator will oversee administrative and operational processes to ensure the business runs efficiently.
This position involves liaising with multiple departments, managing workflow systems, and supporting key projects to deliver organizational goals.
Strong multitasking, communication, and organizational abilities are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Coordinate and manage daily operational processes, ensuring service delivery deadlines are met.
+ Maintain and update project workflows, schedules, and task trackers to ensure team alignment.
+ Act as a liaison between internal teams and external vendors to facilitate smooth communication and workflow management.
+ Support procurement activities, including vendor research, invoice processing, and budget tracking.
+ Analyze operational data and prepare progress reports for leadership, highlighting areas for improvement and efficiency.
+ Organize meetings, create agendas, and follow-up on action items to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
+ Troubleshoot operational challenges and propose solutions to improve productivity and effectiveness.
+ Assist in the development and enforcement of operational policies and procedures to optimize workflows.
Requirements
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
+ 3+ years of experience in operations, office management, or project coordination roles.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello), and data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions.
+ Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to build strong relationships across teams and stakeholders.
+ Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
+ Previous experience with budgeting and vendor management is a plus.
