Operations Manager to serve as a key strategic partner to our leadership team.

This individual will be responsible for optimizing operational performance, ensuring seamless project execution, and driving organizational efficiency across all aspects of our residential construction operations.

The Role

The Operations Manager will provide oversight and direction across all active projects, ensuring consistency in execution, alignment with company standards, and delivery of best-in-class client experiences.
