Job Description:
Pay Range: $71.87hr - $76.87hr Responsibilities and Duties:
- Act as the primary point of contact for technical, cost, risk, and schedule performance of assigned programs.
- Collaborate with Integrated Project Team (IPT) leads, functional managers, and program office to ensure successful action planning and execution.
- Support the overall program by contributing schedule inputs, maintaining the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), and ensuring effective change management.
- Monitor Rolling Action Item List (RAIL) performance and ensure issues are resolved quickly with corrective actions and recovery plans.
- Plan and coordinate activities for verification, validation, and implementation of process and product improvements.
- Facilitate Operations, Manufacturing, and Quality participation in design development to address manufacturability, testability, and inspectability issues.
- Develop and implement success metrics, best practices, and process improvements.
- Lead multidisciplinary program reviews and presentations with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and present business status updates, reports, and business cases to leadership and external customers.
- Manage behavior, performance, and deliverables across a matrix organization.
Requirement/Must Have:
- Significant experience with the execution of Earned Value Management (EVM) and budget management for operational and capital expenses.
- Expertise in all phases of manufacturing and program management (development, planning, conceptual design, requirements, prototyping, testing, integration, and production readiness).
- Strong background in shop operations, operations planning, quality assurance, and industrial/manufacturing engineering.
- Advanced proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Skilled in Lean and Six Sigma tools and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, technical writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to establish detailed, resource-loaded schedules with logic-driven dependencies.
- Experience in assembly and testing of electronic components or systems.
- Proven ability to prepare and present status reports and business cases to executives and stakeholders.
Should Have:
- Working knowledge of GDMT and a general understanding of IPC standards.
- Familiarity with continuous improvement tools, manufacturing strategies, and process improvement methodologies.
Experience:
- Leading multi-functional, technically oriented Integrated Product Teams.
- Developing and implementing operating philosophies and business strategies.
- Identifying process constraints and implementing improvement plans.
- Coaching, training, and motivating teams in a technical environment.
Qualification and Education:
- Bachelor s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Preferred: Master s degree in Engineering Management, Industrial Engineering, or MBA.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance.
