We are seeking an Operations Quality Engineer with hands-on hardware quality experience to become a key part of the Sensors Operations Quality organization.

Here at Raytheon, our Operations Quality Team assures product and process quality with an emphasis on Product Compliance, Customer Satisfaction and Continuous Improvement.

U.S. Citizenship required, as the candidate must have the ability to obtain a U.S. DoD Secret Security Clearance within first year of start date.

**What You Will Do**

+ Plan and Execute internal and supplier audits
+ Verify product and process compliance with respect to contractual, technical, industry, AS9100 Quality Management System (QMS) requirements and internal policies
+ Develop strong working relationships with the touch labor, factory leadership, program leadership, and DCMA
+ Review build documentation in preparation for sales activity
+ Review incoming material to Technical Data Package requirements to acceptance
+ Coordinate Material Review Board actions for supplier material
+ Create and present corrective action board presentations monthly to customer representatives
+ Other Quality activities on an as needed basis

**Qualifications You Must Have**

+ Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience
+ Experience with handling International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) documentation
+ Experience with aerospace/defense product technical requirements
+ Experience with Microsoft Office

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD.

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role.

If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
