Operations Support Administrator Pay:

  • Job Overview We’re seeking an Operations Support Administrator to serve as the central hub for administrative and receptionist duties across PREM Corp.
  • This role is ideal for someone who is organized, professional, and adaptable — comfortable juggling phone reception, vendor coordination, facilities support, and general office administration.
  • You’ll work closely with the Operations Manager and leadership team to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities:



  • Serve as the primary receptionist: greet visitors, answer calls, and direct inquiries appropriately Provide office-wide administrative support, including filing, data entry, recordkeeping, basic reporting, scheduling, and document management Assist with facilities management tasks, including office supplies, equipment coordination, and vendor communications Coordinate with vendors for services such as maintenance, repairs, or office needs Assist in project coordination, ensuring timelines and deliverables are tracked Support company-wide communication by distributing memos and updates as needed Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment Requirements: 2+ years of experience in administrative support, office coordination, or a related role Excellent communication and customer service skills (in person and by phone) Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Comfortable with data entry and basic reporting Professional, reliable, and proactive demeanor Experience coordinating vendors, facilities, or projects preferred Prior experience in a manufacturing, construction, or operations setting a plus SAP experience is a plus Benefits: 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Equal Employment Opportunity PREM Corp provides equal employment opportunities to all applicants for employment and is committed to creating equitable experiences for all.
