**What you’ll do:**

**Función Principal:**
El Operator Machine III tiene la responsabilidad de operar una variedad de máquinas industriales/manufactura siguiendo los itinerarios de producción, especificaciones del producto y estándares de calidad.

En adición, tiene la responsabilidad de interpretar y aplicar especificaciones, dibujos y gráficas.

Sigue las normas de seguridad, estándares de calidad y las políticas y procedimientos establecidos por la empresa.

**Tareas Principales:**
1.

Operar máquinas (de nivel intermedio) industriales y de manufactura de productos o componentes siguiendo los itinerarios de producción establecidos, especificaciones del producto y los estándares de calidad.
2.

Observar la operación de la máquina asignada asegurando que los productos/componentes sean manufacturados a base de las especificaciones y estándares establecidos.
3.

Realizar ajustes (set up) a las máquinas industriales, según sea requerido, si aplica.
4.

Mantener la día los records de las inspecciones realizadas a la maquinaria industrial siguiendo los procedimientos establecidos por la empresa, si aplica.
5.

Utilizar instrumentos de medición y herramientas de mano para realizar ajustes a la maquinaria industrial, si aplica.
6.

Interpretar dibujos y gráficas de productos y/o procesos de producción para asegurar la manufactura del producto siguiendo las especificaciones correspondientes.
7.

Realizar movimiento de materia prima para alimentar la maquinaria industrial/producción siguiendo los procedimientos establecidos por el área de trabajo.
8.

Identificar deficiencias y necesidades de reparación o mantenimiento requerido por la maquinaria industrial/producción.
9.

Realizar inspecciones visuales a los componentes del producto manufacturado asegurando que cumplan con los estándares de calidad.
10.

Documentar y entregar al personal correspondiente los informes de producción y “scrap” siguiendo los procedimientos y formatos establecidos por la empresa.
11.

Mantener su área de trabajo limpia y recogida siguiendo las políticas y procedimientos del área de trabajo y la empresa.
12.

Referir al supervisor inmediato o personal designado cualquier anormalidad en el producto o proceso.
13.

Mantener las areas de trabajo limpias y notificar condiciones inseguras que puedan afectar la seguridad de los empleados.
14.

Manejar desperdicios y disponer de ellos siguiendo los procedimientos establecidos por la empresa.
15.

Cumplir con las normas y procedimientos establecidos atados a salud, seguridad y medioambiente.
16.

Participar activamente en reuniones con el personal del departamento con el objetivo de discutir aspectos operacionales y/o administrativos de la empresa.
17.

Cumplir con los normas, políticas y procedimientos establecidas por el departmanto de Recursos Humanos y la empresa.
18.

Operar de forma usual o regularmente un vehículo de motor como parte del desempeño de sus funciones y/o ocasionalmente operar grúas de piso suspendidas.

**Responsabilidades del proyecto IIoT basadas en el alcance de la función:**
• Discutir las métricas claves a diario con el personal de apoyo y de producción (seguridad, situaciones de calidad, producción del día anterior, acciones y uso del sistema de IIOT) a través del IIOT Dashboard, Visual Display, Tier 1 Board
• Mantener y hacer cumplir el uso de TDM y el sistema PDES en área de manufactura a través de la conectividad del piso de manufactura
• Informar de problemas y anomalías en la reunión de Tiers a través de la conectividad de piso de manufactura

**Qualifications:**

**Educación/Experiencia/Cerfiticaciones o Licencias:**
• Diploma (completado) Escuela Superior y/o Técnico
• Experiencia: 1 año en procesos de manufactura
•
**Competencias/Conocimientos:**
• Leer y escribir – nivel básico.
• Conocimientos básicos en procesos atados a Calidad, ISO9001 e ISO14001.
• Conocimientos en procesos y herramientos atados a la metodología LEAN.
• Manejo de maquinaria de producción nivel intermedio.
• Conocimientos en la operación y manejo de herramientas de instrumentación.
• Conocimientos en múltiples procesos operacionales.
• Conocimiento en matemática nivel básico.
• Manejo de control de inventario.
• Conocimientos en inspección de productos y/o procesos básicos.
• Habilidad para planificar sus tareas diariamente.
