You are:

An experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll Consultant


The Work:

As an Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll Consultant, your daily tasks will include:

· Provide support for Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll modules, ensuring system stability and performance.

· Review, apply, and test quarterly updates to HCM Payroll modules current.

· Manage and execute data migration, conversion, and integration activities ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

· Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and design solutions during the implementation phase.

· Provide end-user support, including troubleshooting, guidance, and training to ensure effective use of HCM Payroll functionalities.

· Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for HCM Payroll configurations, processes, and procedures.

· Coordinate with cross-functional, offshore teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful resolution of support issues.

· Design, build and test Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll reports


This is a hybrid role and will require 2-3 days per week at your local office.


Here's what you need:

·

A minimum of 3 years of experience with implementing and/or support of Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll modules

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

(If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)


Bonus Points if:

· Excellent communication skills and experience in client-facing roles

· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

· Oracle Cloud HCM certifications are a plus.


Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
