**Description**
SAIC is seeking a, **Fully Remote, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Engineer** to support the **US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) – Revolutionary Information Technology Services (RITS)** program to support the design, implementation, and management of OCI cloud services and solutions, with a specific focus on Department of Defense (DoD) environments.
**NOTE: This is a Fully Remote / Work from Home position.**
**JOB DESCRIPTION:**
+ Collaborate with engineering teams to design robust OCI-based solutions tailored to DoD requirements, ensuring adherence to DoD standards and regulations.
+ Provide technical expertise on OCI cloud services (Compute, Block Storage, Object Storage, Autonomous Database, VCN, and security services).
+ Lead the implementation and integration of OCI solutions within DoD environments, including automation, configuration, and seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
+ Develop and manage automation scripts and configuration management solutions (using OCI Resource Manager, Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, Bash, Python, OCI Config, and Puppet) to meet DoD requirements.
+ Act as a technical advisor to senior engineers and stakeholders, providing guidance on best practices and collaborating with review boards on technical solutions for DoD projects.
+ Ensure OCI solutions meet DoD security and compliance requirements, implementing and managing security measures, policies, and controls using OCI native security services.
**Qualifications**
**REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:**
+ Bachelor’s degree and five (5)+ years of related experience; additional four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree.
+ Experience working with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) cloud solutions.
+ Relevant OCI certifications (e.g., Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect Associate, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect Professional) are highly desirable.
+ Extensive experience with OCI cloud services, including design, implementation, and management, with a focus on DoD environments.
+ Strong scripting and automation skills using OCI Resource Manager, Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, Bash, and Python, with an emphasis on meeting DoD standards.
+ Practical knowledge of Agile and ITIL frameworks in a DoD context.
+ Experience with SaaS delivery and REST API integration within DoD projects.
+ Familiarity with DoD environments, standards, and regulatory requirements.
**REQUIRED CERTIFICATION:**
+ Must have a current DoD IAT Level II or higher certification such as Security+ CE, CySA+, CISSP, OR CASP.
**REQUIRED CLEARANCE:**
+ Must have a current Secret Clearance.
+ Must have current US Citizenship.
Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000.
