Oracle HCM Architect
Location: Denton, TX - remote Ok
Straight contract, 6 months to start, but extension likely.
They need to have a strength in Recruiting Cloud, Journeys, and Workflows.
Day-to-day/The Project:
- Their role involves system architecture, workflow automation, journeys, and reporting
- They will help create dashboard customers are requesting.
- Enable self-service portals for employees and managers to track recruitment and payroll details.
- Troubleshoot tickets that require configuration, process improvements, etc.
TOP REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Must have Senior level experience of Oracle Cloud System Development:
- Expertise in Recruitment, Journeys & Workflow modules focuses on designing, integrating, and optimizing Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM), particularly the Recruitment (Talent Acquisition) and Journeys
- Experience with utilizing Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), HCM Extracts, and recruitment process automation.
- VBCS (Visual Builder Cloud Service) experience
- Must know Oracle cloud HCM.
Needs to be able to do configure solutions as required.
- Ideal if they have reporting and dashboards.

- This is more application focused role (hiring process has 48 steps, they want to create new one that this person will create, They are solution architect)
- No Apex, customizations on the application itself only
- PL/SQL light but it won't be this technical.
- Read code and do fast formulas is the most technical need
Soft Skills:
- Good communications skills with ability to translate technical requirements to business requirements.
- Ability to lead projects and work independently
- They must be proactive and do research
